• Is the steam hot? Will it burn my pet? Not at all! Our VaporPure™ Elite uses cool-mist technology. The "steam" is room-temperature nano-mist, making it 100% safe and soothing for your pets.

• How do I clean the brush? The silicone brush head is detachable and can be easily rinsed under warm water. Please ensure the charging port stays dry.

• What kind of water should I use? Plain tap water works perfectly! For an extra spa experience, you can add a drop of pet-safe essence.
